Technical Requirements

To start training, students must create a MySSI profile, by installing the MySSI App, affiliate to Diver Training Centre

Simply download the app for either iOS or Android, set up the user profile, and access the world of diving in minutes! The MySSI App safely stores everything in one place, online or offline – training materials, logbook, and certification cards. 

Medical & Administrative Requirements

Each student or candidate must complete the required SSI Training Record Forms prior to participating in any SSI training program. The forms for minors must be reviewed and signed by a parent or guardian.

Diver Medical Statement & Questionnaire or Physician’s Approval to Dive (where required)

Training Assumption of Risk, Liability Release, & Liability Release, & Hold Harmless Agreement (where required / not applicable within the European Union)

Program-specific Completion Record (done by the Instructor prior to certification)

Training Course Costs

Package 1 : Learn & qualify in Lancashire £495. This packages include: all learning materials, pool sessions, open water training sessions, equipment hire, exam fees & certification. Excluded: travel to pool & dive sites, dive site entry fees, food and drinks.

Package 2 : Learn in Lancashire & qualify in the Red Sea £745. This packages include: all learning materials, pool sessions, open water training sessions, equipment hire, exam fees, certification, 2 days diving off a luxury yacht, 3 nights accommodation on a luxury yacht, breakfast, lunch buffet provided by onboard the yacht by a professional chef and tea/coffee/soft drinks. Excluded: transfers from airport to the yacht, flights and evening meal.
